Just an incredible play space. All ages. Everything from wall climbing to a sandbox and a reflective structure. My kids favorite; the large roundabout.
A large play area for kids of all ages. Great view of the Pacific Ocean and the mountains. We visited this park after a trip to Sterns Wharf.
Four play structures with lots of slides and grass to run around in. There's a skate park and baseball fields as well as a paved bike/walking path.
A busy park with a great view of the mountains. Ride the train in Fillmore and then stop by this park to make some friends.
A cute little park hidden in a residential space
The "Zip-line park" has three structures and is often empty on weekdays. Lots of monkey-bars and shade. Also has a skate park and is dog-friendly.
A quiet park with a big grassy area, turf and sand.
A small neighborhood park perfect for toddlers. Near Pacific View Mall in a residential area.
A great space for birthday parties!
This playground is located by the tennis courts and the tire swing takes center stage. One of three playgrounds in this park.
Fun for older kids. Pet friendly playground near the dog park
Perfect for toddlers. My kids love going to the dog park next door and petting some friends.
This is the toddler playground at this large park. Entry fee to the park on weekends.
The play structure here doesn't make sense... however this can be overlooked by the great swing set and a walk on the pier or the short distance from Downtown Ventura
An excellent location for a playground, picnic and beach day combination. This playground has the works; monkeybars, slides, swings, zipline, seasaw and spinning structures
Home of the FREE outdoor summer concert series “Concerts by the Sea” Saturday’s in July and August. A hidden park with play structures and a large grassy area. My kids enjoyed going near the water and watching the crabs.
A park nestled in the middle of new homes in Camarillo. All ages. Also includes a toddler playground, and fitness equipment (adult playground)
This location is just breath-taking and peaceful. Stop on your way to Lake Piru.
A nice park with two large bbq areas, two play structures, and swings. Very much a residential park next to a school. Close to a major bike path/ walkway (Goodenough Road).
This is a green area with a nice play structure for the kids to play on. The highlight of this park is the large see-saw. At this outdoor mall location there is also a splash pad area that the kids also enjoyed.
We like Barranca Vista Park because there is a great bike path nearby and two playgrounds with swings. This is also the home of the Barranca Vista Center which hosts many of Ventura's Recreational activities.
A great place to play before or after a visit to the nearby SB Zoo
